Our Mission
Millions of Massachusetts drivers, passengers, and taxpayers can rest easier knowing that the unconstitutional bid by Big Tech CEOs to manipulate our laws has been struck down by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. The ballot question was designed not only to take away essential rights of drivers, but also would have put the rights of passengers and the public at risk.
But our work isn’t done. We’re going to hold these corporations accountable to our laws, and to respecting, protecting, and paying a livable wage to drivers. And we’re demanding that these corporations respond to the safety crisis they have created — with more than 50 app-based workers dying on the job in the last few years.
It’s time for Massachusetts to double down on our history of being the most pro-worker state in the nation
